If you are selling or leasing / renting out, we will request you to sign a Seller / Lessor- Agency Agreement /Authority to Sell or Lease. We will also request for copy of your title as proof that you are the rightful owner of the property that you want us to negotiate with. Legally, we just cannot sell or lease a property that someone just asks us to, we have to make sure the ones asking are the authorized party/ies.
